		<description>It seems that the area is already saturated with apartments particularly on and around Hurst Street. I think developing more apartments in the area would disrupt an already unstable market, with plummeting prices and eviction. The Magnet Southside option seems positive to really enhance the existing atmosphere of the area.</description>
