		<description>Growth of vistas around the canals could include more moorings. There are City Centre flats so why not City Centre houseboats. The existing canals could be planted with reeds to help filter their water (there is still a lot of old industrial sediment) and attract wildlife. It is perhaps fanciful and expensive to splash canal water around in fountains.</description>
