The official consultation closed at 23:59 on Friday 6th February. We closed comments on the same day at 12 noon here in order to get them to the council on time, in the format they want.
We sent a printed copy of all comments that were made before midnight on 4th Feb to the council by post (recorded delivery). And sent the balance electronically (on 6th Feb).

I'm not seeing anything new here for Adult Education. There needs to be more citycentre access to adult courses, especially basic skills – literacy, maths, and computing. Currently there's only the Brasshouse that I know of, and all the centres I've visited in the city are under-resourced and under-advertised. How about upgrading the library facilities, or providing “computer centres” at key city locations for everyone to use, with printing facilities, internet connections and on-site help.
