The official consultation closed at 23:59 on Friday 6th February. We closed comments on the same day at 12 noon here in order to get them to the council on time, in the format they want.
We sent a printed copy of all comments that were made before midnight on 4th Feb to the council by post (recorded delivery). And sent the balance electronically (on 6th Feb).

I guess the biggest advantage of digital media is that distance isn't an issue for delivery to the client. Many friends and colleagues of mine have moved to London from Birmingham and have been amazed by how much digital agencies in the capital charge for similar or inferior services compared to what we offer here. We have a real opportunity to compete for business outside of the city as well as within it and support in creating greater national awareness of our growing digital coupled with our ability to undercut a lot of the competition could really help to boost digital innovation even further.
